The Sydney Splendens Society Inc’s AGM will be held at 12.00pm on 9 October 2011 at Holsworthy NSW. All members are encouraged to attend. Guests are also welcome.
Agenda:
1. Apologies & Proxies
2. Receipt of Treasurer’s report
3. Election of office bearers for 2011/2012 (President, Secretary, Treasurer)
4. Consideration of any other business that may be brought before the meeting.
Financial members only are entitled to vote at the AGM.
The meeting will be followed by a BYO meat BBQ, and our customary raffle. Members are also welcome to bring along fish for a table show, and any items they would like to swap or sell.
It would be appreciated if those attending could also please bring a salad and/or a desert.
