The Sydney Splendens Society Inc’s first AGM will be held at 6.00pm on 16 October 2010 at Chifley. All members are encouraged to attend. Guests are also welcome.
Agenda:
1. Apologies & Proxies
2. Receipt of Treasurer’s report
3. Election of office bearers for 2010/2011 (President, Secretary, Treasurer)
4. Consideration of any other business that may be brought before the meeting.
Financial members only are entitled to vote at the AGM. If your membership is due for renewal before the AGM, you will shortly receive a renewal of membership notice.
Once the meeting closes we will be holding our customary raffle, and a BYO meat BBQ. It would be appreciated if those attending could also please bring a salad and/or a desert.
